Spellcasting as Priest
Is it possible to spellcast as a priest? I've leveled up my spellcasting through books but cannot learn any spells from the Magisters.

No. And you can't use prayers as anyone but a priest even if you get the Faith stat up through shrines. The only career that can do both seems to be the Damsel

As Crowmeat said, warrior priests do not use spells, they use prayers instead, only a damsel can use both.
