How do you use the career ability
As a necromancer for every battle it says that the Harbinger ability is not ready yet. Is there something that needs to be done to unlock it?

Specifically it says that the ability is not charged.

Yes, every career ability needs to be charged, they should have a description on the career page under their ability text, as for necromancer i thought he or his party needs to deal X amount of damage, you will see cyan-ish color % numbers pop up

Hello!
I have the same problem : I know it needs to be charged but how do you charge it? I've been playing a necrarch for hours and havn't been able to use his ability in battle yet.

Some career abilities list their charging requirements, some do not. I am currently playing a spellsinger, and there is no mention on the career page of what is required to charge the ability. It never charges when I am by myself, but it does so fairly reliably when I have spellcaster companions (not necessarily spellslingers, any magic seem to do), so I suspect it has something to do with casting magic, and not just any magic (missiles won't do it at all) but specific magic, possibly buffs ?
Anyway, if at some point the devs could update the all the career pages so they all list their requirements, that would be quite nice :)
the harbinger ability is charged by your units dealing damage to the enemy.
