Is that dependent on anything, I'm only getting regular militia and the occasional archer/spearman and I've recruited over 120 of them now

Also another issue I'm noticing is all the lords are using the cityborn militia which is causing them to have like 20 troops since upkeep of 1 unit is worth like 10x a regular despite them being pretty eh.

Not an issue for AI, and its based on charm + % chance, you either get white lions or the sea elves

Theirs a major issue with eonir atm

AI have a wage limit, if I allow my companion to do his own party he recruits 50 of the cityborn militia which dwindles to around 30 and like 5 elites with a 2k budget instead of the 150 treeborn that they could field. Basically the cityborn are breaking the Eonir lords and companions because of their upkeep leading to being unable to gather for army as they're under 40% troop strength and being functionally useless as a faction


Also a side-note, I don't use a single of the cityborn units because of their absurd upkeep, you could field 9 top-tier cavalry troops with magic weapons and resistance to their one, their upkeep needs to be in-line with others which would fix the AI problems.

The AI dont have that issue, clan parties might, but not the Eonir AI.

I'm seeing it first-hand, they're recruiting 20-30 of the cityborn and calling it a day, it's likely a party calculation problem where it bases strength off cost which doesn't make sense for eonir since they get shredded by troops that cost 1/5th of the upkeep and just get steamrolled within 90d, they start with a decent party but over time it degrades into purely cityborn troops.

Are you playing with the update? Eonir clans have a cheated income so they are unaffected
