Recruiting clans for my empire.
How can I recruit other clans for my empire or have my comrades form their own clan? Is it possible to do that? I haven't been able to recruit anyone yet.

Yes you can recruit from other factions or promote your own companions into vassals, same as you'd do in vanilla

But how do you do it? Everyone tell me he is happy. Even if I have good relations, +150 charm and my kingdom is stronger, theirs in ruin.
They won’t barter talk with me.
Do I need clan lv5?

Dunno if clan level is relevant, it might be.

But you can't recruit if the faction only has 3/4 clans, they'll never leave.
Different culture is also very unlikely to join you, would be easier to destroy your same culture faction and they'll join you automatically.
