Best Necromancer Build

Is it better to follow the Necromancer career and stay a human or should I go vampire and select the bloodline focused on Necromancy?

They wont be the same career, you will lose your necromancer career when becoming a vampire

I understand that but, in terms of game play
which career would be an "stronger" "necromancer"

Every career is different and can be used for a unique playthrough, a necromancer is not a vampire, a vampire is not a necromancer.

Vampire bloodlines offer 3 new careers, with their own unique perks and abilities.
