My kingdom
How can I do my own kingdom? In normal bannerlord you have to be clan tier 4 and talk to your companion but that doesnt work here.

same here, own a fief, appoint governor, talk to companion

ok it works thx. dont know why but had to go to another companion at another fief

I think it's because the companion is made from troops, right? I had same problem.

Yes the companions upgraded from a troop dont have dialogue

Btw, do you lose access to some faction specific mechanics when you create your own kingdom?
For example playing as Empire you need to be in the service of an Elector in order to buy cannons, so I would assume it becomes impossible once you create your own kingdom? What about the Well-Connected Noble interactions?
Or what about stuff like Oak of Ages upgrades? Can you still access them after going independent?

They mainly depend on your culture, not faction specific

Same question, i own one castle and one city, when i talk to both governor ( one ghost strider and one grey wizard), i dont have the option to create my kingdom.

Are you independent ? ( not part of another faction ) and clan renown 4 ?
