How to read books and use artillery?
I buy books and dont know how to read. And i have a 500 reputation, complete quest with bandits and how i can buy arty?

1) You read books by hovering over them in your inventory, move to the popup and click the magnifying glass icon there, it will be called "read this book"

2) You finish the master engineer quest, then you can invest 500 prestige for tier 1 guns, another 500 for mortars, another 500 for cannons, another 500 for everything

talk to the master engineer in nuln, need to be empire culture and have 50 engineering
