Can you confirm that you use no other mods? All of the tanks are stuck to heat? Or only some?
Maybe you can look towards the .preset or pattern files in stuff/gun that defines a lot of things gun related. Maybe the problem is there.
Otherwise, if the problem is ammo related, the ammo shells are always named the following : nameofammoshell.he.ammo. or .heat or .ap (see?). So for some reason the game would not be able to recognise the HE ammo.
That's where I would look but no promises the solution is there
Edit: I forgot to mention I'm using the Mod manager. Also don't know if its useful info, but when I launch the game and look at the extras tab My mod order is as follows. Hotmod, French conquest, Federov skins, West-81 and conquest V2
Anyway, using the mod manager is usually fine. When I do, I activate Hotmod ingame first, close the game, use the mod manager to add : Comraivan cold war skins, west 81, CEV2 and my mod. Works well most of the times.
