Go with Centaur:

First pick one level of greeds, if first wave isn't witch doctor or lightning dude, pick 3 levels of Quill Spray.

Before Third wave, you should have Quill maxed out, and after the second wave, put 2 more levels on greed and what's left on 2 levels of Dragon Blood and one level of Bristleback.

Then, focus on maximizing Dispersion and then get Chemical rage. Maximize Dragon's blood after that, and focus on getting the 10k helmet that gives 75 agi and 75 str.

Level Bristleback as needed, until maximum. Get one more level on Chemical Rage and focus on getting the 26k give 500 Str book. Later, get the final level on chemical rage.

By now, you should have a free spell slot, which i like to fill with Unstable cocoction, but you can use whatever you want in it. Start converting spell points into gold after finishing all the spells and buy another 500 str book when posible.

Congratz, now you're a god and you don't die. Buy the 3k lifesteal item and you can switch your build to Feral impulse, Cleave, Empower, Mortal Strike and whatever other auto attack spells there are, but keep Chemical Rage. Buy 2 divine rapiers and get a 100 agility scroll, then replace Chemical rage with God's Strenght. GG

Do remember that, before getting the second 500 str book, witch doctors and lightning guys are quite lethal, so switch spells before them to guarantee your safety early on.

Start with nyx ult to get the best positin, then 1 hit with tusk ulti.

You'll need the bloodstone for the mana or buy some int.
You just use Ember fists and while you are hitting all enemies in the area, you use Rearm and you can clear the wave without losing any life.
