Patients with scaria

when a patient with scaria comes close to any of my pawns that have the attack option set instead of flee or do nothing, my pawns attack the scaria patient regardless of faction relations, they treat it like the patient is already berserk like a manhunter animal.

I have removed scaria from the diseases they can spawn with. Just need to find time to create a new version,
