Report a translation problem
the bug was that when you get sanguophage thats a psycaster and gets hemosage psycasts, and gets genes removed, for example by implementing other genes in surgery, after drafting him for first time after loosing hemogen gene, you get one red error, it was 100% chance happening bug
Second of all, you reported it incorrectly, with no logs or anything that can even let us try and help you.
Ordering the pawn to do work undrafts them, and using dev tools I was able to reset psycasts on the affected pawn to unlearn Blood Shard and fix the issue. The psycast seems to work fine as long as I don't enable auto cast on it.
Doesn't seem that this issue exists for any other psycasts so far, but I haven't tried other Hemosage ones yet.

Edit: Also is affecting Blood Spew
I tried to search in the logs but it doesn't mention anything about "hemodrain" it only says that it died because of blood loss (on the other hand, "hemodrain" recovers blood normally as if a humanoid had been affected)

My buffs in total were: Speedboost, Blade focus, Adrenaline rush, Controlled frenzy
It doesn't seem to always happen though. Happened only 4x out of 5x i tried it, but even on the 2 attempts when it didn't freeze, the pawn had some weird graphic displacement that I've never seen before when using Power Leap. Seems like shorter distances are safer, while longer distances cause the issue.
After some testing, it happens if Blood Focus procs during the flight phase of Power Leap. The pawn will still be displayed on the map, but will be inaccessible, or rather you can select it, but it can't take actions

I got them using psytrainer on my main psycaster that is baseliner.
When drafted all gizmos (buttons like draft/undraft, fire at will) dont render and undraft by pressing R doesn't work.
Fixed by manually removing learned skills from savefile:
