Devotion?

I have God of Beauty and Fertility Rites as my pantheon and it has "no effect" as the description.

From what I read, "devotion" determines the effect on the right. so if you have +2 devotion then whatever you pick on the right gets +2?

I think that's correct. Devotion just a word to describe the belief in the right panel.
