stuck in auroracle arena

i went in wondering what it was and i fell into the waters. i dont have enough movement to get back up, cant use any movement items like rope, have no teleportation potions, and cant drown in the water

ok i am stupid and blind and didnt see the recall potion but point still stands that this could become an issue if i didnt have any

just exit and reenter the world if you get stuck there tbh
