Broken Golgf*g AI and How to Solve it
Golgf*g (I have to censor his name or else steam censors it lol) is currently broken in vanilla and simply does this for 30+ turns:

I'm not sure how many turns he does it, I got bored after turn 30 and decided to do something else instead of watching this broken AI.

DeepWar can't fix him either, he already has Skrag AI by default. DeepWar changes spending priorities a bit, so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tries to upgrade his camp with his starting money, BUT THERE IS NO OGRE AI TO UPGRADE CAMPS WITH THE NEW MEAT SYSTEM. So in DeepWar, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sits around doing nothing.

That's right, CA released an unfinished product. Ogre AI still cannot upgrade camps in WH3. Prior to the new system, the old AI perhaps could have handled ogre camps a bit better, but it still sucked and I barely ever saw camps get upgraded. After Omens of Destruction DLC? It's totally broken.

Thus, the only way to fix ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is to give him a proper start, just like every other faction. Start him against a minor faction he can farm, give him a settlement area to conquer, and he will build and recruit normally like skrag or greasus.

But, DeepWar AI isn't a map alteration mod, and I don't want to make it one. So, if someone wants to fix ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in their campaigns, I recommend them playing another of my mods,

"Living World Expanded: Total Map Overhaul" which gives him a proper start. He performs fine in there and many users who've played on Living World can attest to this.
