18 May 2023 - Added a new Siphon power which steals one year of life from a target and gives it to the caster.

The mod now works in conjunction with Vanilla Psycasts Expanded!!!
More predefined constant translations added for future.
Added some Mod Settings for future parameters.
Fixed the issue with bodies hopefully...
Time harvester abilities apply negative moodlets in pawns.
