1. You can also add cans of food which would require a can opener or a knife to open and eat.
2. Poisoning effect can be added as a chance when consuming certain food (e.g. canned). The illnes can detract water/stamina quicker for a short amount of time or until cured (e.g. by some pills).
3. Vitamins can be added to slow down the metabolism and prevent food poisning.
4. Raw food (cannot be eaten) can be added to be cooked on any heat source, after which it becomes eatable.
5. Alternatively to the previous point, playes can eat raw food with a high chance of getting ill and having a low impact on their hunger. Thus only the cooked food will give the appropriate result.

Those are valid, as they were even asked to me by the original author for DCO
BUT...
1) They would bring a whole new direction to the mod, making it a "Survival Sim" and not a "Military Sim" (which is my goal), even if making it able to just turn off those survival hardcore
I only intended to improve and complement ACE somehow, and not tweak it into a whole different level
2) Even if I did agreed to do it, I'm not a real programmer, so I would take me a LOT of time to figure how to manage all those buffs
So I don't think I'll be able, or have the time to, think about these addons anytime soon, buddy...

All stoves must be placed on the ground to work. Player must have water in inventory and meal of choice. possible a small lighting effect for HEXI and Gas stove?

As said in the description, this is not a survival mod
It's only intended to boost up ace and it's fatigue and rations system a lil bit, with whats already included in it

Interaction with field toilets is a planned future, yes!
Adding the ability to have others feed starving bretheren, and perhaps if fed too much they'll just die from the energy requirement of breaking down the food during starvation.
Hope this does not come off as too "survival" since it'd be primarily fixing a big issue with not packing rations on a long mission.
