2.) 32-bit branch
3.) Too many mods
Are you on the x86-64 bit branch? Are you using FPS helpers? Is your memory over 70%?
I suggest adding some launch commands and switching to the x86-64 bit branch in the same section (if you haven't already). Using addons like Improved FPS Booster by Inj3 and Server & Client Optimization by Sadge. Its what I use and I average ~250 FPS using the EFT collection, and just in general.
You can look up some Youtube videos / Reddit posts for tips on what to use with the launch options section, and don't forget to verify your games cache after tweaking it and either something breaks or it doesn't work.
You should also really consider doing some spring cleaning and blow some dust off of that addon list and only keep the quality of life and/or performance addons and addons that don't drastically change the game / have a lot of scripting (ex: simple png nextbots).
