I've had lots of failed missions purely because some NPC's/ Robocrew are robots and either dive headfirst into the water suitless, or put on a diving suit and try to swim.
human AI is hardcoded, not possible to fix sadly
unfortunate. But I guess I can always just fire the robot Bots. any way to allow More Exo frames to be purchased in the shops for if we do have multiple bots? so far the most ive seen is 2.

Why does the mod include duplicates of all the human audio and image assets too instead of just calling the files in the base game??? That is a lot of unnecessary bloat.

If the AI can't use tools properly then why not add a separate category of medical items that can be integrated into the normal game? Imo having gunshot wounds (literally holes) fixed by shoving the screwdriver in and out does not seem logical so why not add some "spare parts", "mechanical gel", "replacement circuits" etc... or something of sorts to add some depth and um... investment into having bots because they make the game super easy as they don't take any resources and do what humans do 100% better, they don't even die!

SOoo much cheese when is possible when having a bot and just rushing through a pirate outpost knowing I won't die at all and taking other robot prisoners because they don't either.

Maybe make it when they go down the core starts to corrupt or overheat so you HAVE to fix them or they blow up or something.

i kinda miss the easy mode while it lasted. it felt like a good balance just because i'm bad at managing too many things,but i love the idea of some of it. i know there's another mod to make things easy but it doesn't include the water damage and battery things - which i actually quite like.
i like the idea of the floral parasites,but despite the description,they don't stop speech,and the welding tool as a suitable treatment also seems to do nothing except maybe slow progress down a little. i tried alternate tools after figuring it was similar to ballast flora,like the plasma cutter - and better,the prototype steam cannon - to try and deal with it,but those didn't even slow progress. as of right now i can't continue my campaign,and i can't revert to a version before V1.11,but i certainly would if given the option

Loving the new additions! But ballast flora is a bit... obstructive for overall campaign flow, and the battery hunger for robots is now so damn high. It's way too needy in my opinion that we have to carry leagues of batteries just to suffice for... about 2 minutes. Loved the old version, this one... the nerfs to robots are way to needy.

EDIT: I was told about the fact a medic was necessary to negate this problem of excessive battery drain, so therefore my point is largely moot...

I agree with atsylasian. At campaign mod the battery hunger in this version cant even support rob to finish one mission. And the rob cant change battery. It means weather you can have a large battery bag or the robot can not sail in the water. What even worse i heard it has new virus in water that can influence rob. That means the reliable of rob are gone.

It would be quite interesting if the floral infection made robots act in similar fashion to human husks if it got to the point where it completely takes over all the body

Can you make bots(the non-players) immune to flora sickness? I welded one, and he just falled after 3-4 mins due lack of charge!
strange, but all players (people), except for NPCs, began to receive the effect of "flora infection" and "battery discharge", although I repeat, they are people, not robots. It started after the last update, before that everything was fine.
