What are drives and what they do
How do you get drives?
Do you craft them and then research them, do traders sell them?
Is there some sort of wiki of all these drives and what they do\give?

As stated in the description: "Genetics overhaul with 18 unique drives".

It's "genetics" but for robots. Everything is done the exact same way basically. Find a unindentified drive. Research it. Make a drive reader in the fabricator and install it into yourself like a gene splicer.
