Bestow lower rank
Could you add ability to bestow any avaible rank? I want to give my colonists some permits but i dont want to build big bedrooms with royal beds and disable work. Lets say I have Consul and I want to bestow Acolyte, but can bestow only Knight, there could be an option to give colonist any lower rank.
