Experimenting with Settings
I did two runs with the following settings:

Starting funds: $1M
Max skill points: 5
Max spec points: +115%
Design phase speed bonus: +300%
Alpha phase speed bonus: +100%

Start 1971, 1 day per month

I chose these settings so we can test with the fastest speed.
