Bugs
Figured I'd make a thread where people can post bugs they encounter, so there's no need to plug up the forum with new topics for every single one they encounter.

First one I've encountered is the elites not following you into the big room with a bunch of brutes, before the Tartarus fight. They tend to get stuck in the destroyed area; I imagine it's just a pathing issue.

I've found back melee an enemy that is on a ledge above can sometimes clip you under the map

(I know this discussion's old, but) I've got a bug to report, too. When transitioning between missions that let you keep your inventory (The Arbiter -> The Oracle, etc.), if the game gives you a Plasma Pistol in place of a weapon that's not allowed in the next level (like the Fuel Rod Gun), it's a vanilla Plasma Pistol instead of an Uncut one. The placement of its HUD element even overlaps with the health bar.

After the opening cutscene for Outskirts I'm floating above open waters unable to do anything
