Moving weapon locations

I feel like the weapons out in the desert should be moved into the sandcastle, because trying to buy these weapons while being targeted can and will end up getting you killed. I am fine with the weapons in the tents, but not the ones out in the open.

For example, the location of the quarterstaff should really be moved from behind the skeleton archers.
