Known issues and bug reporting
KNOWN ISSUES

- Sometimes random areas on the map cause projectiles to lose their guidance, and will cause ships to fire their weapons at nothing. Not sure what is causing this currently, though it usually happens in the centre of the map. Maybe something invisible is spawning there.
- EAW freezes when loading new assets, so expect some freezes at the start of battles with battlegroups or Golans while the ships are loaded in. Also when starting a new campaign the game will freeze for a bit while it randomly generates the map. This is normal. Having a processor with powerful single cores (4.5GHz+), an SSD and fast RAM can solve these issues and can greatly reduce time spent on the boot and loading screens. Remember EAW can only use 2 CPU cores.
- Faction list display is set up to display all 7 factions at 1920x1080 resolution. If you're not on this resolution and can't see all the factions, hold left mouse in the box and scroll the mouse wheel.
- Reaper and Final Order invasions don't work and have been disabled - it seems the spawn script for them isn't playing nice with the starting forces spawn script.

- Death Star is un-buildable due to many strange bugs.
Please stop asking about this, if it is fixed and returned in Remake 5.0, it'll be fixed and returned here too.


- Gas Depots and Battlegroup Commands built on Rakata instantly disappear.
- Destroyed neutral fighters and corvettes don't appear in the battle results list.
- Pirate faction does not tech up on the freetech campaigns, so their fighter garrisons do not auto-upgrade.
- Player faction built Golan 1's are invisible in GC.
- AI will retreat when their starbase is damaged, due to the game de-levelling system considering it to be level 0.
- Repair drones are not working correctly (this happens in the main mod as well).
- Cross-buildable Nebulon Hammerhead appears twice on the commandbar.

Anything else you find please let me know.

have another small bug but kind of annoying some factions build filter buttons are not working sorry to bother you
Zann's Advanced Ugly Squadrons' tool-tip shows a "Lock S-foils" ability but the units themselves can't actually use it.

Also, Peggat Squadron's "Lock S-foils" ability only applies to the leader, meaning the whole squadron still flies as slow as normal when active.
Republic's Anakin's tool-tip states 2 LAATs spawn but only 1 ever does, regardless of tech level.

Sith's Bomber Squadrons' tool-tip says it fires AP Missiles but it looks more like it fires pink proton torpedoes, complete with shield penetration.
Droids' upgraded Gizor Dellso "Picador" is listed at 20,000 HP, but it's a dreadnought version so it should be 40,000 HP right?

Also, the Insolvence-class doesn't have a map indicator - it's just blank on there.

Looks like it's just incorrect text, the actual stats for the ship is correct. This is also a good reminder to me to replace the text description for the Intemptor, since it's a Providence Destroyer (not a Providence Dreadnaught).

Some issues with the Sith Bomber were brought over from CWH, it'll need to be fixed there and well and I'll copy the fixes over (incorrect hardpoints/weapons and incorrect text).
some issue with Hapan Battledragon, text description displays 8000 shields and Health whereas in the XML file it's 8000 shiel and 6000 Health.

for my part, I've modified the xml so that when I play the faction, it's more resistant ^^

After the fix in the last update the Bothan Cruiser is still displaying strange behaviour.
Rebels' Ackbar Home One garrison states 1 of each: X, Y, A, B-wings, X4 Gunship; but spawns two of each model.

Also Madine's Home One garrison is missing 1 Z-wing spawn from stated garrison.

Eclipse and Executor on the Old Republic and Clone Wars campaigns use their original phased versions.
Running into a crash in my most recent New Republic GC, not sure why it is happening. it consistently crashes roughly 30 seconds after loading in to my main save for the campaign, unsure why it is crashing.

Likely this will be caused by one of the changes made to the mod in updates since you started this campaign. When did you start this campaign?

On June 21st the dummy planets were added and the phased Eclipse and Executor were replaced.

I think I started it after the mod's most recent update. I noticed it the crash occurs right after the Republic Hardliners take Ringo Vinda from the Rebel extremists. could it be a population cap issue?
