I'm not sure of this has been suggested, but the ability to choose flags and leaders for some nations, where you have the choice of installing a military admin, or crowning a monarch, where military admins will have a variant of the reichskriegsflagge, and monarchies will have their royal flags.

I'm having an issue with launching the mod. It just launches the vanilla game. I redownloaded it a couple of times, I cleaned my cache, I verified my files, I have the latest version of the game and all dlcs turned on. I'm launching it without any other mods.

The mod is almost "Vanilla", the formation options of the puppets appear after you conquer them and have the non-aligned government. Try to annex some country using console commands in and tell me if the error persists

Also some suggestions
Focus tree feels really slow and German Impire can only declare war in late 1939 if you really rush to war with allies. I suggest changing changing most focuses in FP tree to 35 days. And some focuses from military branch also may be a little faster
Also maybe modify "Desire for revenge" national spirit to lower needed world tension to justify wargoal or even make world tension thing part of "Frankfurten Versammlung"
