CE possible bug/incompatibilities?
Anyone know what causes these bugs when using CE, I am using other mods but none of them flag up in the mod-list as incompatible.
1. My colonists will not equip weapons when I force them to, they may pick them up, then immediately drop them, they are not holding another weapon or going over the 'weight' limit
2. When my colonists are out of ammo, and there is compatible ammo available, they will not reload when I press the reload button. Typically, they will put the gun into their inventory, this happens even if they HAVE the compatible ammo in their inventory. To fix this, they have to drop the gun and the ammo, pick up the gun, pick up the ammo, and then click reload, all done manually...

Tbh, these are pretty big issues so I'm unsure if I will keep using it if I can't get it sorted

It might be an issue with Simple Sidearms. I don't know what exactly is causing this behaviour, but I figured out that registering the weapon in a fixed loadout stops that from happening. All I noticed is that once the pawn "Remembers" a weapon (dark icon in the SS panel), simply telling the pawn to pick up the weapon (not equip it), allows them to switch between the weapons as "Sidearms", like usually and they will not drop them. Hauling a weapon that is similar to the equipped weapon, if it's not registered in the loadout, causes the pawn to enter an infinite loop of trying to store the weapon in an inventory and dropping it on the floor instead, then trying again.
I'm not sure that it's actually Simple Sidearms' fault, but it seems like it, because the issues only started for me, once I tried making them carry a bow with a hatchet as sidearm.
I would try removing SS and see if the issue persists, but the game takes forever to load in this state and I'm no longer willing to play without SS anyway

Can you tell me what causes the error? The log is simply overflowing! 500-1000 messages each
