I think various types of body hair could be pretty cool. :)

A gene that blocks Birthmarks and Blemishes for Xenotypes where having them wound't make sense

A star-shaped birthmark on the body/face so i can roleplay the joestars.

It would be possible to include options to control how often the texture is used? So we can make it really rare and unique? Right now, almost every pawn appears with a different texture, so it is not special or surprising anymore.
