Get this reported in the log - but not sure which mod it goes to

Failed to find RimWorld.MemeDef named 'Transhumanist'. Kept getting this error, I do not have Ideology mod installed.

Does quality matter on the solar duster?

Quality improves the efficiency of chemfuel belt but does it matter on the solar duster? Temps dont matter since the droids are basically immune to it so should I care about whether or not they're wearing higher quality dusters since awful ones would be better if they charge at the same rate?
