Barbarian and Wizard need buff
Monk has virtually ALL stat +1 per level (plus 1 skill point), but Barbarian and Wizard have only 1 stat +1.
Increasing str10 when dying and barehand casting doesn't mean much.
So they need some additional ability I think.
For example, like str +2 per level, melee crit +1 per level, heavy weapon cooldown up etc for barbarian. For wizard, like will +2 per level, mana cost decreasing when wielding staff, all school spell casting and so on.
If wizard can learn all spells, I wanna add him to party.

Barbarian increases str by 20, are you sure about 10?

Also barbarian gets +8 hp per level, when monk gets +3 hp.

Oh, it's true, I wrote job info to japanese wiki when V1.0, so I mistook the detail (and rewrote it).
But not enough I think. ALL stat +1 means hp and ep gains 5 per level(3+5=8). It also increases ALL resist +2. Accuracy and evasion gains too.
And barbarian's dying str is too difficult to use effectively because it's hard to adjust below 20%.

Exactly. it is pretty easy to get equal stats with your monk at lvl 3-4. Getting +1 all stats makes him very effective. In addition to 3 starting skills, there is just no reason to go for barb, wizard or sharpshooter (or whatever the alchemists name is).

You just save you stat pots till lvl 19, or give them to other characters.

Sharpshooters have +10% faster cooldown

That is obviously a very strong passive, however i found a +3 revlover with 1.2 second cooldown, 12% crit and 25 armor penetration which makes that 10% not that noticable for the "shooter" build.

I used Sharpshooter for melee. +10% is noticable for heavy weapons
