I was thinking there could be an Anti-VOID faction. I was thinking of one called (Centralized Research & Intervention Mission) Or CRIM for short.

As the Abbreviation implies this faction is there to Intervene in VOID attacks and protect Civilians.
They also Research Ways to Combat VOID And The N-4 Virus while Protecting Rimworlds from the VOID threat


CRIM's backstory is somewhat of a Coincidence when it comes to it's name as the Founders were Criminals Themselves who Raided Settlements and Cities to Grab Technical Knowledge on Fortifications when the Day that VOID decided to Grab their Planet these Criminals Were One of Few that would Stand up to the VOID menace by using Guerrilla Warfare, Using Tunnel Networks and Stealing VOID Equipment CRIM became a Thorn in the Back of VOID, However As CRIM became Larger and Larger it Needed a Way to Represent itself to a Rimworld and After that, a Leader was Chosen Named {REDACTED} They were a Corrupt Individual That Liked Casinos and had a Affinity with Cult Research After Years upon years of Corrupt leaders CRIM is considered to be a Corrupt Revolution That Investigates Death
