Error when trying to select ideology

When setting up a new colony on the select ideology or load saved ideology screen I cant click anything and I get an error.

I isolated it to way better romance, I am only Runing HugsLib, way better romance and harmony plus Ideology, Biotech and royalty

It looks like you're using an old version of RimWorld, 1.5.4069 rev95. The latest is 1.5.4146 rev1032. Between those they replaced HasGene with HasActiveGene, and I'm using the new one.
