I tested various things, and disable the advanced parking in traffic president, it seems to fixed the issue. But i am not sure about why the issue happened in the first place and affect the 81 tiles mod

As an example of why you always post the full log and not subsets, what you posted above is only part of what's going on. There's a lot of errors before that in your log.

Have you:
1. Verified your game files with Steam?
2. Checked with Skyve that all your mods are up-to-date?

Hi, i check file integrity and it checks out fine. And Skyve also shows the mods i use are up to date. The errors seems to be related to missing vehicle effects but Skyvee didn't notifying me of any missing dependency and I also subscript to vehicle effect mod.

No, I'm not talking about the vehicle effects errors, but the ones about the fundamental operation of the game.

According to the logs, you've removed a large number of vehicle assets from the game. Are you sure that you have vehicle assets for tourists still active, both electric and non-electric types?

I disabled almost all original game vehicles using advanced vehicle options. For testing, i loaded a new save and ran it without any changes. And another save with all vehicles enabled. The one with all vehicles enables ran for about 20 minutes and then errors occurred.
The one with most of the original game vehicle disabled got an error within 5 minutes. So enabling it seems to be helping, but not a lot. I checked the game integrity and nothing pops up. And as long as i disable the advanced vehicle parking function, the game can ran smoothly without any errors. I think the problem may came from this particular function with traffic manager

And i just started the new save yesterday and didn't change any of my workshop vehicles subscription. So I don't think the past un-subscription of some vehicle assets is playing a role here.

It does if you don't have the full coverage of vehicle types. That's independent of the map.

The first thing you need to do here is to make sure that you have vehicles to fill all the required categories so that TM:PE doesn't keep throwing errors. Unsubscribe from Advanced Vehicle Options and ensure that you're not skipping any prefabs with Loading Screen Mod, so that all the vanilla vehicles are loaded. Then post your log again.

It doesn't matter if you do this on a new city or established one, but a new city will be quicker.

I unsubscribe from the Advanced Vehicle Options and unchecked the skipping asset function from loading screen mod. (I didn't have any skipped asset in there in the first place tho) I ran the game, it still have the same problem. And actually, without the advanced vehicle option, the error pops up basically instantly.

Next, use Skyve to disable all mods EXCEPT for:
- Harmony
- Skyve
- Patch Loader
- Loading Screen Mod
- 81 Tiles 2

No, i ran it for one hour and nothing pop up. Based on my experiences, the error will only pop up when i activate the advanced parking function in traffic manager.
If i didn't built anything in the new map, the error will not pop up even with the advanced parking function on. If i build stuffs with all the mods on and deactivated advanced parking function, the error will not pop up.
