How do you rename a faction?

Specifically one you control?

I can't see how you do it on this mod In native its in camp

I don't know if this is a bug though or unintended as I rebelled against the Tokugwa with the claimant then dropped her and now Im ruler ....but I don't see how to rename my clan from "Tokugawa rebels" - am I stuck with the name?
