Using a mod called "Craft helper", I can see that there is a recipe for "Make Solar Panel (part)" that requires a screwdriver, propane torch (5 units), metal sheet x3, scrap electronics x10, electric wire x2, and screws x10. It says required electrical skill is 5, which I have, but I still don't see the recipe in the crafting menu. Do I have to take the electrician profession when I create my character to know the recipe for it? I have already read "New Advancements: Energy From The Sun", and crafted multiple solar panels and a battery bank.
