fiend folio not working
hi hi i only have the mod compatibility hack, the custom stage api mod, and the excelsior music mod on, but my game hasn't been fiend folio'd. the C and F1 buttons do not open options, and nothing has changed in-game. am i missing something?

don't get mod compatibility hack, custom stage api already has it.

i just tried taking that mod out, but still no difference :(
