Shimmering colors in Political Map
The rendering engine of EU4 does some weird effects with certain colors in the political map view, for me they were pink and usually effected Tennessee for the most part. I don't believe it has anything to do with the mod itself as country colors weren't all that special, they're just assigned RGB values. The shimmering or glittering effect stopped for me after Patch 1.6, but if it continues for you, it should be harmless, although likely annoying.

As of the July 28th Update, Tennessee no longer is a color that produces this effect. So for the most part, you'll only enounter this issue in the few minor European states from the vanilla game that are of the color range that will produce it.

The only states with that issue are Penn. and Manatoba (probaly mis-spelled)

I've never had a problem with either of them. It was only Tennessee and some minor in the HRE.
