Bug: Enchant Quality changes books

I used Technomancer > EQ on a couple of my Normal-quality books I wanted to improve before I noticed – They became Good quality, but the books themselves also got rerolled - Same book type both times, but with new titles and skills being taught in place of the old ones. This does not appear to affect equipment.
