It's effectively the same as Increase Relationships by Healing, although it was pretty recently updated and the author, Lawh, did a full rewrite. I might end up using this version instead on my list as well (Increase Relationships is currently on my list).
Both mods are pretty balanced as it's not a 100% chance you get a rep boost, it's more like a 15%. And it only goes up by 1 point.
For either version to work, you need a medkit and a robotics kit (or "authentic" robotics kit, which is what I normally use since it's like 300 cats lol), for the game to detect you heal an NPC. It's due to an FCS function that needs "Healing Complete" to fire, which requires both kits in your inventory.
That sounds good :D
I'll be out for some days. I didn't even properly update my collection description lol
That'd be a nice surprise when I get back

Let me know what you think! It's a work in progress still, need to finish out certain dialogues, but I wanted players to be able to at least test some features and let me know what to fix / change!
Companion Quest: A Drifter's Story...
There should be an update shortly... forgot to change one thing before publishing it lol. He's still in the Hub (was testing), he should be appear in Admag shortly!
Okay... check out the mod page again, added screenshots... I think you may like this mod in particular
I also added you in a hidden easter egg, located in the FCS should you wish to view it... The "Letter to You, the viewer of this Mod in FCS!"
Spent about a week straight, very long amounts of time finally dialing it in and polishing it up before releasing it. Cattrina helped me a lot with private play testing as well, so shout outs to her and BryceBarry for giving me permission to repack his Claymore.
Please don't look around *too much* in the FCS, it will for sure spoil the quest line lol
It was pretty much a culmination of doing a lot of testing to make sure things worked, and decided I wanted to help others if they wanted to do something similar... Should other people want to build their own quests. In future updates I will elaborate on more learning / tutorial stuff.
There's a lack of Roleplaying type quest / mods, so hopefully people can contribute in their own way
