It doesn't work

Yea I have on x64 version, also the files are in the correct location
GarrysMod\bin\win64
GarrysMod\garrysmod\lua\bin

And disabled all my addons also I installed the addon manually and i'm having the same error.

I already fixed it I had to install vc_redist
