Firstly, forming Kamerun needs to be tweaked. For now, only Independent Cameroon is able to form it, which prevents it from forming if it's german puppet. So, I've thought about solution, which will add more flavor to this great mod.
What about giving Germany the option to form their's former colonial administrations? The decision would show up if player/ai controls states needed. It should be an option for all german paths - democratic, monarchic and historical/nazi. Also, the created state will have overlord's colors. If you don't know how to do it, I can help.
But, you might ask - why not just annex them directly? There're two simple reasons; one, created colonial nations will have cores on territory. Two, I just like idea of seeing more countries on map.
