fixes/tweaks:
- Assassination frequency reduced
- Storm can not happen anymore when fleets are docked
- The « trouble at home » dilemma has been fixed. Now the correct outcome will spawn whether you come back in time in your capital city or not
New content :
- New dilemma to counter ambitious generals
- As opposed to having a lot of trade partners, having close to no trade also has consequences (good and bad)
- In regions bordering enemy territories, band of raiders can create trouble
- Regions at the map border (africa/steppes/baktria…) can be subject to invasions. Beware !
- In specific circumstances, a horde can knock at your door – how you react to it is up to you.
- New dilemma for overly powerful faction leaders
- Unloyal governors – the bane of every kingdom
- Some vanilla events were either rebalanced or deleted (piracy, mercenary contact, etc)
- Added loyalty penalty to the rebellion incident
- Nerfed a bit the "integrated tribe" dilemma by making it more costly to integrate the tribe

- New roman legion spawns (different ones for Polybian/marian/imperial eras) in specific circumstances. The goal here is to to provide fights against proper roman armies and not with leftovers of previous eras (e.g facing late polybian armies in marian era)
- New army spawns for Seleucids and Ptolemaic Dynasty in "early" game to provide for a decent - - Diadochi's war. (i.e Not conquering Egypt by turn 15 without having fought a proper battle).
- In specific circumstances, Rome, Carthage and Egypt can get a strong navy handed to them.
- New event that gives a small chance of dying to your (campaigning) generals above 55.
- New event that gives ALL your characters a decent chance to die above 62
fixes/tweaks:
- Storm should not affect while your fleet/army is docked in a port. Hopefully this time it works
- Fleet spawn wont happen for Egypt and Rome if they dont hold a certain nbr of regions. - ---- Same reasoning for Rome Imperial legion spawn.
- Event regarding rebellion in your kingdom will check for any enemy army walking your
lands…not for a rebellion. (that condition does not work in R2 apparently). Its probabilty has
been reduced
- Reduced frequency of victorious general increasing his ambition
- Reduced frequency but increased probability for Banishment of defeated general
- Reduced frequency and probabilty of ambitious generals challenging your authority
- Increased probabily of Lame leader event
- Attempt to remove the roman army spawn that for some reason would be full siege weapons…
New content:
- Added 3 new version of Migrating tribe dilemma: germanic, illyro-thracian, cappadocian, on top of the already existing steppes one.
- When playing Rome (maybe other civilized factions too in the future), some well-known gaulish and german tribes might provide a challenge
