I have added a powershell script i to create trade configs for other mods.

The tool can be found here https://github.com/xyberviri/CarWanna/tree/main/Tools/CSV2Recipe

note powershell requires you to authorize a file to run when downloaded from external sources.

I recommend you copy the file contents to a new power shell script locally or unblock the file on first run.
