Report a translation problem
I'm not entirely sure whether this is related this mod specifically but this was the first spawn mod I've used and the errors were there since the beginning. I can see though this is also related to vanilla cars, like the SUV and the Modern Car. I did notice those were either missing or just had really low spawn %.
These are just vanilla things I believe. These warnings just list vehicles that aren't in any spawn lists, since smashed vehicles spawn based on vehicle stories and aren't in any spawn lists. There are a couple too, like Fili's Semi Trailer which is still WIP, and the vanilla cars with animations that are on this list because they aren't finished and weren't placed in any spawn lists. I did notice that some of Fili's C10's are on here, which might actually be unintentional on his part.
"Base.70fordmustang302bossfully" doesn't exist.

SCKO pack needs to be updated and also contains multiple Base.Base.Vehicle entries currently
"Base.GWagen2" no longer exists, there is now only "Base.GWagen"

Ah yeah, that's one of the vanilla areas for trafficjam spawns. That junction is the highest concentration of trafficjam spawn zones on the base map, I usually test trafficjam spawns for MZ there in fact. Could be since the concentration of vehicles is so high, the server wasn't able to spawn them in fast enough. I also notice the Crashed Cars mod is active, but I don't think that affects the spawn rate of cars in trafficjam zones either (just adds new models for them iirc) so it's likely just a vanilla thing
Apparently, 82oshkoshM911SpawnList.lua is now 82oshkoshM911_SpawnList.lua
The sub-mods (everything besides ID fhqExpVehSpawn) aren't required for the mod to work, and are optional features/tweaks. redracer is the ID for Redstone Raceway, if interested
