"Warning! You are using mixer" issue

Every time I start the game, this message appears. So far I've tried
- disabling mixer
- unsubscribing from mixer
- leaving Radious as the only active mods

The message still appears. Can I somehow disable it?

UPD: removing Mixer lines from used_mods.txt and my_mods.txt solved the issue.
