It would be interesting to add events where the populace might consider something unethical to purchase (like human meat or fur from an endangered species) and thus the prices for said items drop due to no one wanting to buy it (I do think that, eventually, people should forget about it and the price would return to normal).
Another cool event you could have is a faction might declare an embargo on a specific item (probably same reason for the event in the previous post) and maybe any allied faction to the faction that announced the embargo might also stop trading that item to respect their allies (would be best to end the ban there to prevent the ban from spiraling out of control to every faction). If this item is important to your profits, then this would create a need to start selling to their enemies or adapt to sell something else. Embargoes would probably be based of stuff like ideology and might eventually be lifted at random.
Not sure how easy to mod in either of those two events would be, but it would make the game, especially faction relations, pretty interesting.
I want all the cities to trade with other closest and friendly cities.
(I don't need to account for trader size or travel time. I just didn't want the player trading alone to affect the economy.)
Can I make it so that the goods under the contract are picked up not by the Caravan, but by the Trade beacon , like orbital traders?
Because when >100 Mufalo +50 people come for 250 AK-47s, not only are there just a lot of them, and they slow down the game a lot, they also stand for half an hour (Literally) Before and after loading all the goods. So they also everyone can die in the process, even if they have food and medicine with them.
And no, nothing blocks their path, I even destroyed walls and doors, the caravan had direct access to objects
I completed 2 orders for 250 "Ak 47" and 400 "Polo shirts" I should have received more than 2,000,000 for them in total, but the caravans simply stood at the border and left after 2-3 dozen deaths in their caravan. But caravans that come for a small amount of goods (Up to 50 units) find them, take them and leave without any problems.
I would like to have the option to let other factions loan my silver and pay back with interests
It's kind of a surprise when news pop up, and the effect takes into account instantly, rather than stretched out.
Say for example, when Kibble Stocks is expected to crash dramatically by 80%, rather than having it crash instantly, it should be reduced by 25% per day or something, until it reaches the targeted parameter.
Have a user-accessible list of items which will always buy/sell at a set price no matter what. If somebody wants gold (or bricks or whatever) to be traded at the same value in both directions so it acts as currency, then it can be.
