The focus "Old Amkhadrad Restored" can't be completed because it says Ukiniri still exists when it does not.

Edit: Found that Ukiniri had control over a pixel-sized state on the coast of Abaye.

1 pixel provinces will be removed in 3.0, we are deeply deeply aware of how frustrating they are...
