Bug Report:
Chief of Navy Pierre de Saint Tropez
precondition is in Game:
Has completed Focus Experienced Submariner
it should be:
….Experienced Sailor

In Division Designer is a Batallion „Motorized Anti-Tank“ at a time before Anti tank is researched
that uses 36 Howitzer but only Combat with of 1.
