Simply install "Better Car physics" mod alongside this one and the problem goes away!

It's a tractor. Slow is pretty much the name of the game here.

Tractors can be a lot faster than some people think. Try driving one.

Right... Its made to be able to pass trough rough terrain. The speed slow on grass patch isnt good
