Spectating causing disconnections

Hoping someone reads this, if anyone spectates Custom Hero OMG, it will crash the game for everyone. I've tested it 3 times and can confirm this triggers the disconnection as of 28 February 2022

Also I found out from several games, if you choose kotl or morph hero model, you will also crash.
