Currently interfering with universal resource patch.

It seems all functional for me, don't think it lets me upload it without a descriptor file

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting Steam, etc. If it still doesn't work, try downloading the descriptor from here[drive.google.com].

I'm currently in a game with the Plague origin, and before I researched the tech for helping my homeworld, I didn't have the modifiers related to my species being underground. Also, after the flu event and subsequent end, I was given more negative deposits on the planet relating to it.

Just sent out a patch, fixed the extra negatives after the events, not sure what you mean by the first issue. Do you mean that one of the deposits aren't appearing? Which one, as it was fine for me?

I originally thought that the Poisonous Atmosphere deposit wasn't appearing, but it was, it was just at the bottom of the deposit list, but now that should be fixed too.

When I start a new game, after the pop-up about how the plague tech paths work, I check my homeworld and I have the three standard blockers and deposits, but nothing related to the plague origin.

It may have something to do with my mod load order, so I'll check it to make sure nothing is overwriting it.

EDIT: I put this and the patches at the bottom of my mod load order and I'm still not getting the deposits and blockers at the beginning.

It is definitely something to do with mods, could you send a list of the ones you have? There may be a mod changing deposits/blockers after this mod does

Ah I identified the issue. It was planetary diversity, I was using a non-vanilla starting world. When I restarted the game using a normal Continental world, the spawn was proper.

Ah i see, I'll make some sort of patch to fix this, might be possible to fix without a compatibility patch but either way I'll make a solution

The above is also true of Crystalline Energy Grid, so probably of all those types. Love the mod, thanks for the updates~

Yes I think it's the events adding deposits/modifiers, I'll sort that out soon.

The issues *should* be fixed now, please let me know if it's still causing issues.

If you want to fix your current savegame and commands are on, just select your homeworld and enter into the console
effect add_deposit = [NAME OF DEPOSIT]

For the Plague-Ridden origin, the names are:
d_poisonous_atmosphere d_underground_habitat_1 d_underground_habitat_2 d_ravaged_area d_plague_research

And for the CEG civic:
d_crystalline_fields
